What is Ome.TV?
Ome.TV is a random video chat service, launched around 2015, that pairs strangers on camera and is best known for its iOS and Android apps. It offers country and gender filters and uses automated face detection and moderation.
It is free to use but ad-supported, and its automatic moderation is known for issuing fast, sometimes unexplained bans. Many features and a smoother experience are nudged toward the mobile apps.

No. hiwap3 is a website — just open it and press start. You can add it to your home screen as a PWA if you prefer an app-like icon.
